Operations Analyst

Wonder Cave is looking for highly motivated individuals with education, interest and/or experience in Analytics, Marketing, and Client Management to join our Operations team as an Analyst. Wonder Cave is focused on delivering best-in-class text messaging technology and services. Continued investment in innovation and R&D are key priorities for Wonder Cave to elevate the client and user experience with a focus on data intelligence and scalability to meet the ever-increasing demand for connection.This position requires a self-starter mentality with an appetite to learn and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Individuals that have strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and the ability to problem solve are critical for this role.

Data Analytics Manager

Wonder Cave is looking for highly motivated individuals with education, interest and/or experience in Analytics, Data Management, and Technical Expertise in data modeling to join our team as a Data Analyst. Wonder Cave is focused on delivering best-in-class text messaging technology and services. Continued investment in innovation and R&D are key priorities for Wonder Cave to elevate the client and user experience with a focus on data intelligence and scalability to meet the ever-increasing demand for connection through text.

This position requires a self-starter mentality with an appetite to learn and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Individuals that have strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and the ability to problem solve are critical for this role.  

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?

• Curiosity & Problem-Solving: You love digging into data and uncovering hidden insights.

• Storytelling with Data: You can translate complex data points into compelling narratives that drive action.

• Technical Proficiency: You have experience with SQL, and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. We are a Snowflake shop, so you will need to be able to work with that technology as well.

• Business Acumen: You understand not just the numbers, but what they mean in the context of a fast-growing business.

• Collaboration & Communication: You’re comfortable working across teams and presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels.

• Attention to Detail: Small discrepancies don’t slip past you—you know that accuracy is key in making the right decisions.
