This quarter, Wonder Cave’s platform upgrades has focused on enhancing our clients’ ability to quickly and efficiently activate large peer-to-peer text messaging campaigns in a short period of time. For our clients in the political and advocacy space, this could not come at a better time as we approach the 2024 election. We’ve achieved these upgrades through a combination of three key features that improve speed, scale, and efficiency, developed in close collaboration with our clients.

Increased Capacity for Faster Messaging

In text messaging, deployment speed is crucial for an organization to reach the widest audience at exactly the right moment. By working closely with our aggregators to allocate more capacity within their networks and upgrading our sending architecture to increase 10DLC campaign sending speeds by 1.5x, the Grassroots platform now delivers clients’ messages faster than ever.

Time Zone Prioritization for Higher Engagement

Discussions with our clients highlighted one key insight: a significant portion of their most impactful campaigns occur in the evening, and this critical window must be maximized. To address this need and ensure messages do not go out past 9 PM local time, we introduced the Time Zone Prioritization feature. Our platform now prioritizes deployment based on audience time zones, ensuring that the most messages are sent efficiently within the optimal timeframe. This feature maximizes reach, engagement, and campaign outcomes for our clients.

Dynamic Campaign Deployment for Flexibility

Beyond time-sensitive campaigns requiring speed and scale, many clients have shown the value of running multi-day Peer-to-Peer messaging campaigns for large audiences that don’t necessarily require high capacity support. We released a feature that gives clients flexibility in determining campaign delivery time and duration. This enhances our self-service model, further building clients’ confidence in our platform’s ability to manage the hard work.
