Wonder Cave is looking for a highly motivated individual with experience & a track record of success in sales to join our Growth Team as a Business Development Executive. This position is responsible for net-new client acquisition and revenue growth at Wonder Cave, partnering with all areas of the business to help build and execute our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Possess a deep knowledge of Wonder Cave’s product offerings & services, with the ability to translate these into solutions for prospective clients.
Own the total net-new sales cycle, including driving new opportunities, cold outreach, prospecting, setting meetings, and closing deals within the sales function for Wonder Cave.
Build & maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within prospective and existing client organizations.
Work collaboratively with all members of the Wonder Cave team to positively impact the overall business, including revenue growth, product development, and operational efficiency.
Partner with our marketing function to strategize around big targets, product messaging, and event-based marketing.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills with experience managing contract terms and product pricing.
Stay informed on market trends, industry standards, and competitors’ offerings to position the company’s products effectively and create a competitive advantage.
Position Requirements
This position is for individuals who are self-starters driven to make an immediate impact on Wonder Cave’s team. Individuals should have:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
At least five (5) years experience in a B2B and/or technology sales executive or business development role.
Experience working with technology that enables, tracks, & optimizes the sales process.
Ability to travel to meet with prospective or existing clients and attend events.
